Joey is the kid other kids are drawn to. He’s warm and real off the field, and fierce competitor on. A two-sport athlete, and damn good at both, he leads teams he’s a member of with competitiveness, grace, creativity, and max effort. He’s the player that raises the tide for all boats, inspiring others through his dedication and play, to rise up.

Joey is mature beyond his years and as genuine as they come. A kid that’ll greet you with a hug every time he sees you. Headed to Consumnes River College to study and play baseball this fall, Joey will no doubt grow in the sport, and in life, while gracing the Hawkeyes with the Pelka way. We look forward to becoming his next-level fans.
